FACT will be handing out our new free CD of circumvention software, anonymous proxy servers and MICT’s secret blocklists, “BEAT THE CENSORS–UNBLOCK ICT!” See what they don’t want you to see!

Is FACT’s disk nonviolent civil disobedience under the new Cybercrime Act? Will we be arrested…or will we just have some fun and raise public consciousness?
