From a scale of 5.0, Privacy International has again ranked Thailand as an endemic surveillance society.
Although Thailand rates acceptably in the fields of Constitutional protection, statutory protection, privacy enforcement, data-sharing, visual surveillance, workplace monitoring, border and trans-border issues, our country fails at protecting our privacy with identity cards and biometrics, communication interception, law enforcement access and surveillance of medical, financial and movement data, pushing us into the black zone. Surprisingly, Privacy International also ranks Thailand acceptable in the field of leadership despite (or perhaps due to) rule by military coup d’etat government under martial law during all of 2007.
We are also ranked acceptable in protecting privacy in the field of communication data retention but we are sure this will change with enforcement of Thailand’s new Computer-Related Crimes Act of 2007.
Privacy International’s 2007 findings on Thailand follow:
THAILAND
* Constitutional exception for law enforcement
* Lack of law regulating industry
* New law protecting the privacy of people under 18 passed in November 2007, though of course there are concerns about how this protects children’s’ rights to express themselves
* Wiretapping is prevalent, with ‘reasonable grounds’ test only
* Cyber crime act 2007 defines 12 internet crimes with punishments ranging from six months in jail to 20 years in jail, and requires certain internet service providers to keep logs of traffic data up to 90 days.
* New passports are embedded with a microchip that contains biometric information including fingerprints and facial data. Id cards are now smartcards, and will be mandatory from birth.
* ID is required to buy SIM cards
* Political bugging is no less common. Politicians and human rights activists accused a political party of wiretapping political opponents and journalists.
On PI’s State of Privacy Map, most of the world is a grey area. A significant portion is black, including the United States, the United Kingdom and China. Thailand should not be part of it.

Again last night a member of the Chalong Kreung Shinawatra crime ring was using the room neighbouring mine and robbed me of clothes and other possession. They are in room 807 the Montana Hotel Thanon Chan.
More of the corruption in Thailand by their ex Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra and his team of corrupt police men and Judges and members of the local community of Chalong Kreung Road who lied and destroyed my marriage falsely claiming I was a paedophile in return for financial gain from the family of Mr Thaksin Shinawatra. I believe they together with The Royal Thai Police, all of whom quite happily supported ID thefts to steal bank savings of foreigners, have been lying to the judges in The Southern Criminal Court Chalong Kreung Road Bangkok Thailand.
The Court system in desperately in need of updating to prevent outsiders, like Mr Thaksin Shinawatra, interferring with the serving of fair justice.
Since Mr Shinawatra had control of Thailand the country’s integrity and ethics have been severely damaged. His involvement with satanism is not suitable for running the UN State and Kingdom of Thailand.
These people are also the drugs suppliers. If you upset them they sell you dangerous drugs and not what you requested. Five years ago I was given a pill by one of them that nearly killed me.

I am fine but Thailand is in the middle of a crisis which needs outside assistance or the country may fail completely.
Unfortunately the very same people who caused chaos in Rwanda and Zimbabwee and south Africa have been here in Thailand ruining the economy and social structure etc.
Some are ex South African police who took young black Africans they had arrested for minor crimes then dumped them in the outback and hunted them down with landrovers and rifles like they were on a game shoot shooting antelopes. I saw a documentary report on TV about this a few years ago. They were sceintologists which is a facade financing satanic worship and satanic games which include killing people.
I think they were attached to the New York World Trade Centre attack and this may have been administrated with some people they recruited in asia via software that interferred with the fly-by-wire flight management and control systems found in many modern jet aircraft. They also have crashed some other planes the same way over-riding the pilots control of the plane.
They have made several attempts on my life. I am concerned about Tibet because I have seen x-pm thailand wearing the colour of Tibetan monks. I think he is a very dangerous and unholy man who has promoted satanic worship in Thailand. During his terms of Prime Minister Buddhist following dropped significantly.
I believe one of them may have used my passport stolen/lost two years ago.
It seems that the Royal Thai Police are unabler to control the constant pysho-terrorism that plagues Bangkok and the rest of Thailand.
Instead someone has forbidden the public to admit it exists even though a digital recorder of Sony corp can hear it.
Thailand needs to make a public apology to the people and the rest of the world for the corrupt police that have fitted up foreigners as paedophiles and other crimes they may not have committed.
The USA is Thailand’s largest source of overseas income by far and will be for some time The Information Technology Industry is an even larger market.
Both the USA and IT industry have strong support for protecting people’s Human rights in accordance with The Declaration of Human Rights.
Thailand signed up as a supporter of this declaration over fifty years ago.
Some corrupt Thai Police/Shinawatra supporters continue playing a game of wrecking my life by attacking my personal life.
I think that these people may have been aware of 911 around the time it happened.

I booked into an apartment block called near Soi Buakhao called QD or SQ . There was someone outside constantly psycho-terrorising me. Some appeared to be motorcycle taxi people. Others were in the room above me which I believe they paid for by stealing 8000 baht from my room.
I visited Bangkok to find the place almost deserted and few of my friends remain there. A group of people were psycho-terrorising me there some near the Ekamai bus terminal there were members of The Royal Thai Police looking for them. i spoke briefly with The royal Thai Police who are obviously aware of the problem.
These people are linked into the network of the Scientology Terrorist Organisation that has aided and abetted in many crimes around the world including terrorist attacks.
My girlfriend has been intimidated by them and told to do things to cause me to become nervous. I have not seen her for several days.
In the Thai newspaper I discovered the photos of two people I have known both dead allegedly from committing suicide by drinking something with an insecticide solution added. I suspect it is murder by some Satanic Scientologists who have added a poison to their drink. They were from Bangkok a man and a woman both around 50 years of age.
My email is still being tampered with and I receive hardly any email ever apart from junk mail. Considering I know about 10,000 people around the world it is very very strange their emails never get to me.

Last month the United Nations Chindren’s Fund appealed to the LTTE to stop recruiting children and live up to the assurances it made to the UN Secretary General’s special representative in Colombo three years ago. However, a ‘students inspirational’ movement was launched recently by the rebels in which LTTE cadres toured schools urging youngsters to abandon their studies until ‘liberation’ was achieved.
Children undergoing military training are issued with identification plates to wear around their neck and are initially required to do 10 days of military service a month in ‘border areas’ held by the military. After six years of fighting some children graduate to the élite suicide bomber squad and, after further rigorous training and indoctrination, are allowed to hang a cyanide pill around their neck which they ingest if captured.
To weaken the morale of the Sri Lankan state and to neutralise any Tamil political opposition, the LTTE engages in assassinating prominent leaders of all communities and senior military commanders. The LTTE also assassinated many powerful Sinhala political and military leaders, including:
– The minister of state for defence, General Ranjan Wijeratne (suicide car bomber);
– The former national security minister, Lalith Athulathmudali (assassin);
– The presidential candidate and minister, Gamini Dissanayake (female suicide bomber);

To prevent dissent, the LTTE maintains a number of prisons and execution programmes. Operational Art and Tactical Doctrine

As a highly innovative force, the LTTE is capable of retaliation against aggression, reprisals and pre-emptive strikes. Concentrating on lightly or unprotected targets is a classic diversionary tactic in warfare, pinning down troops to static sentry/bunker duties and restraining search and destroy operations. The LTTE has bombed Sri Lankan commercial aircraft, trains and buses; gunned down priests, nuns, pilgrims and bystanders in a sacred royal city and shot Muslims while worshipping in mosques; frequently raided non-Tamil border villages and towns, massacring men, women and children; and land mined, ambushed and assaulted military and police patrols and posts.
Battle-hardened LTTE cadres are deployed to strike heavily fortified military targets. The LTTE has vast experience in limited action against Sri Lankan forces and is highly developed in the art of mobile warfare. Over the years, the LTTE, both in terms of unconventional and semi-conventional capability, has grown. It is currently developing its conventional force capability. Mullaittivu/Weli Oya, the command, training, ordinance and the logistical headquarters of the LTTE, has a reserve strike force to support military action in other commands. Unlike the case in conventional forces, the operational commanders of the LTTE always command their cadres from the front and not from the rear. This gives the LTTE commander the distinct advantage of being able to direct the battle. Cadres are given freedom of operation within the mission.
Military operations in theatres other than the northeast are conducted largely by cadres of the intelligence wing or by Black Tiger suicide squads. These cadres depend on helpers, mostly from the minority Tamil community, to play a supportive role: providing basic intelligence, safe houses, transport or acting as couriers. The interdiction of these squads by government counter-intelligence units and by regular troops at check points have made the LTTE multiply the number of independent operational squads dispatched for strikes in Colombo.
The LTTE naval wing, the Sea Tigers, is operational in the seas of the northeast, but the Sea Black Tiger units are capable of operating elsewhere, including in Colombo. The LTTE Sky Tigers built two airstrips that were destroyed by the SLAF. The Sky Tigers are therefore aerially inoperative, but in collaboration with the Black Tigers and the anti-aircraft unit have staged spectacular strikes destroying several aircraft both in the air and on ground.
The LTTE international network operates in at least 40 countries. International propaganda and fund-raising is mostly co-ordinated by LTTE leaders based both in the UK and France, mostly through the following fronts:
· World Tamil Movement;
· International Federation of Tamils;
· International Secretariat of the LTTE.
The LTTE procurement, narcotics and shipping networks remain classified, although ships frequently move between Turkey/Ukraine and Myanmar/Thailand via Mullaittivu in northern Sri Lanka.
The global spread of child soldiers raises deep dilemmas for both policy and military strategy and tactics, and has worrisome implications for the extent, level and persistence of conflicts. In short, the ‘soft’ issue of children has become a ‘hard’ security threat that must be taken into account in war and security planning.
Juveniles have been present in armies in the past, most notably the Hitler Jugend in the closing weeks of the Second World War, but in general the use of children as combatants has been limited. However, this has changed radically in recent decades. There are now as many as 300,000 children under 18 years old presently serving as combatants in 40 per cent of the world’s armed organisations (both non-state and state linked) and they fight in almost 75 per cent of the world’s conflicts. An additional set of as many as 500,000 children serve in armed forces not presently at war.
While questions of differing cultural standards of maturity are sometimes raised, the youth in question cover a range considered underage both according to international law and by almost every state in its own legislation.. Some 80 per cent of those conflicts where children are present include fighters under the age of 15 and 18 per cent of the world’s armed organisations have used children of 12 years and under. The average age of child soldiers found by separate studies in Southeast Asia and Central Africa was just under 13.
The practice also differs from the past by including girls as well as boys.
Roughly 30 per cent of the armed forces that use child soldiers also include girl soldiers. Underage girls have been present in the armed forces in 55 countries; in 27 of those countries, girls were abducted to serve and in 34 of them, the girls saw combat.

I think about 10,000 people are facing a term of imprisonment for wrecking my personal life and helping to defraud our family.
What a shame some people from Woking and surrounding areas just skipped offto Thailand to aid in dfefrauding my family out of $millions.
The poisonous storieshave left me with some murdered children a murdered father and a missing partner andprobably a murdered third wife.
Some of this problem relatesback to some unethical dishonest bastards from the Surrey area in the UK.

All because of some crazy people somewhere who wanted to claim land where the title holder (or beneficiaries) was not to be found (easily) they decide to start destroying someone’s business and entire family. You may recall I wrote to you in the past couple of years about the undesirable multi-storey massage parlour businesses in Bangkok.
Now the police are properly paid they do not need to accept bribes from the owners of these huge massage parlours. As far as I understand the police were taking 25% of the financial turnover of these massage parlour in favour of not closing them down. If you own a chain of massage parlours with 3000 girls working for you this comes to a huge amount of money for the police although I suspect not much of it was reaching the pockets of the lower paid police.
So why don’t you ask the police to act now and cause these massive massage parlours where the girls are prostituting themselves to cease trading. It is a very wicked business in my opinion that does no real good for the girls and is a platter of gold waiting to corrupt the police. I’ll be very disappointed if the police don’t do something about them it should have been done years ago.

In The United States Of America it is believed over 10,000 people have been the victims of Gangstalking in recent years.
That is quite a few cases and disolves any theory that Gangstalking is imaginary you are simply mentally ill. The United Nations do not accept that hearing voices can only be a psychosis like schizoprenia which is why they have now included Gangstalking in The Geneva Convention because it has also been used at times of war. I know someone who was in former Yugoslavia during the war and he insists someone was causing him to hear people talking and they were reading his mind in his opinion. Both of these claims are easily possible to do using today’s technology not even expensive technology freely available in the public domain for anyone to buy.
I am 100% convinced that is what I have been a victim of and I am surprised and disturbed and concerned that neither you nor the NHS mental health services seem to know anything at all about this technology.
These people wanted me dead or out of Thailand so they could beaver away at stealing our land some of which is worth £65 million per acre because it is in the central business district of Bangkok. So we are looking at huge amounts of money in land values these people are very very evil people who are prepared to kill to get what they want.
You are forcing me out of the UK with this insistence that I have an injection every month the only way it seems I can end this is if I go back and live in Thailand permanently which I don’t mind.
